Philippa was born on an unknown date. She was the daughter of Lewis Pollard MP and Agnes (Hext) Pollard. 1495 Kings, Devon, , England

Sir Hugh Paulet married Philippa Pollard in about 1528 in St George, Somerset, England. The couple had several children including Nicholas Paulet.
