Biography
She had a child (Audrey) in 1883 with her former brother-in-law Alan Frank Cockman. Her sister Florence died in a fire with the 3 children she had with Alan in 1881. There is no evidence that Sarah and Alan married and it would have been illegal at the time to marry her former brother-in-law but the name Cockman appears on Audrey's birth registration and on her death where she is Sarah Anne Cockman.
