Biography
Horace Albert Polley was born in 1875 at Drayton St Leonard in Oxfordshire, the son of Joseph Polley and his wife Elizabeth, born Elizabeth Horn. [1] [2].
In 1881, he was living at Drayton St Leonard with his parents (Joseph and Elizabeth) and their other children. His age was given as 6, implying a birth date in 1874 or 1875. His birthplace was given as Drayton, Oxfordshire [that is, Drayton St Leonard]. He was at school [2].
