Biography

Alvin was born in 1841. He was the son of William Polley and Mary Waggoner. He passed away in 1926.

Alvin Polly (31) a merchant in Strathroy married Jessie Dixson (19) of Moulinette Township on September 10, 1872 in Cornwall. Alvin was born in Cornwall to William Polly and Mary Wagner. Jessie was the daughter of John E Dixson and Eliza McNairn of Moulinette.^[1] Jesse would die in 1876.

Alvin married Lucy Osborne Seager on 14 September 1881 in Richmond Hill, York, Ontario, Canada.^[2]

Alvin Polley died at the age of 86, on January 28, 1926 in San Bernadino, California.^[3]
