Biography

Audrey was born in Barre, Vermont on the 22nd of Aug 1908, the daughter of David Pombrio and Addie Nadeau. She married Ralph Louis Dragoon on the 22 Mar 1927 at the M. E. Parsonage in Chazy by the Rev. Lewis Sauerbrei. The bride and groom were attended by Kermit Jennette, Mrs. Kathrine Macy, Mr. Albert Anderson and others. After a short “wedding tour” they made their home in Sciota. In 1977 they celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary with a large gathering of family and friends at the Saint Joseph’s Church Hall. At the time of her passing she was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church in West Chazy, and the Rosary Altar Society. She died on May 1, 1991 at her home on the Chazy Landing Road.
