Thomas was the son of William Pull de Pull and his wife, —, the daughter of Manwaringe de Pyvir.[1]
His father, Sir William Poole of Poole, and his mother, the daughter of Sir — Manwaring of Peever,[2] had other children:
Ralfe Poole of Chester, ancestor of the Poole family of Annesley, Nottinghamshire;[2] and
Richard Poole, married Mary, daughter of Ralfe Pembridge.[2]
Thomas married Maude Fytton.[1] Maude was the daughter of Sir Edward Fytton, Kt,[1]alias Fitton of Goseworth.[2]
Thomas and Maude had children:
Sir William Pole, fourth son and heir, married Margaret, daughter of Thomas Hough of Leighton;[1]
"Thomas Pole of Pole, his eldest son and heir, was aged 40 years at the time of his father's death. He died on the 19th February, 1510. His widow, Matilda (who was a daughter of Thomas Fitton of Gawsworth, co. Chester) claimed from his brother and heir, John, a third of 4,000 acres as her dower, in respect of the manors of Nether Poole and Burton, and lands elsewhere in the Hundred of Wirral."[3]
Research Notes
The Visitation of Cheshire in the Year 1580 states Grace Ffitton was the wife of this Thomas.[1] In his "Preface" to The Visitation of Cheshire in the Year 1580, Rylands states "No attempt has been made to correct the many obvious errors into which the herald or copyist has fallen"[4] which appears to be the case here as other sources state her name was Matilda/Maude.

Unless the Visitation is wrong, it says the wife's name is Grace daughter of Edward, and his page says Matilda daughter of Thomas, but the actual profiles are Matilda daughter of Edward. There is at least one error occurring.
Yes, there is conflicting information from different sources.
