Biography
Sarah Poor, daughter of Thomas Poor IV and his wife Elizabeth Moseley, was born probably about 1766 in Goochland County, Virginia.[1]
In Goochland County, Virginia, her parents lived and owned land as early as 1744. Her father, Thomas Poor, died in Goochland in 1788, and her mother, Elizabeth Moseley Poor, died in Goochland County about 1801, when her death was recorded in the St James Northam Parish registry.
Sarah Poor married 21 Sep 1784 to William Britt in Goochland County, Virginia.[2][3]
The exact date and location of her death are uncertain.
