Jennie was born about 1855 in Maitland, Hants county, Nova Scotia. She was the daughter of Henry Pope and Annie Miles.
She died May 18, 1905 in Saint John, Saint John county, New Brunswick at the age of 50. Cause of death was "acute bronchitis" and the informant for her death certficate was her brother-in-law, Isaac Oliver Thomas.[1]
The New Brunswick Burial Permit gave the added information that her father's name was Revd. Henry Pope and that she was buried in Fernhill Cemetery, the same cemetery as both her parents.[2]
