George Davidson Porter, son of William W. Porter and Sarah E. (Davidson) Porter, was born about 18 December 1900 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.[1][2]
He married Rachel M. Edgren on 4 January 1924 at Los Angeles County, California.[3]
He was an assignment clerk at a telephone company when he and Rachel appeared on the census of 7 April 1930 at Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.[4]
George died on 13 January 1955 at Multnomah County, Oregon.[5] His memorial at Wilhelm's Portland Memorial Mausoleum, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon has links to those of his parents.[2]
