She was wife to Robert Parker, who's will was dated 15th January 1686/7 in Old Rappahannock, Virginia.
She appears to have again married to George Pley. She passed away in 1719.[citation needed]

8 Aug. 1709. Eliza. Pley of St. Ann's Parish, Essex County, but lately called Eliza. Parker, to John Parker of same. For divers good causes and that Robert Parker, father of the said John, did by his last will bequeath unto him a Negro and having constituted Elizabeth executrix, and John not being paid.
John Parker agree to pay unto Eliza. dureing her naturall life towards her support twenty barrells of corn and ten bushells of wheat over and above the Consideration hereof,
John Parker doth acknowledge to have received full satisfaction for all legacies left by the will of his father.
