Benjamin Franklin Porter married Louisa Meade in Lawrence Kentucky in 1862 and after her death he married my GGGrandma Mildred "Millie" Maynard 31 Aug 1872 in Wayne, Virginia.
The Military Headstone application for GGGrandpa Porter gives his parents as Patrick Porter and Elizabeth Abigiel Blevins (yes Abigail was misspelled).
THis work here solves a lot of my isssues with this line of my genealogy if this is actually Benjamin Franklin and NOT Benjamin B.
