Biography

Research Notes

Wife's name possibly Mary Price; his will lists his wife Mary, and brother-in-law Reece Price.

William, and some of his siblings, are alleged to have been born in Ireland, to parents who seem to have spent their lives in Pennsylvania. While this is unlikely, it is not impossible. There seem to be two additional possibilities:
1) Those born in Ireland are not the children of Nathaniel and Violet, and their parents remain unknown. Or --
2) They are Nathaniel & Violet's children, but were born in Pennsylvania.
More research -- and possibly some incredible luck in finding documents -- is needed.
