Biography
Francis Sr. was born in 1879. He was the son of Cataldus Posey. He passed away in 1939. Frank Wills Posey Sr. Worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad, was Postmaster in White Plains, Maryland and Charles County, Maryland Treasurer. Francis is buried at Saint Ignatius Cemetery, Port Tobacco, Charles County, Maryland.
