In 1686 he and Marritje Cornelis were living in Beede Weg (Broadway) as per list of LIST OF MEMBERS OF THE DUTCH REFORMED CHURCH IN NEW YORK IN 1686, Arranged According to the Streets of the City By DOMINE HENRICUS SELYNS IN 1686.[1]

His father was using a patronymic name at his birth, so he would have been called by a patronymic early in life. However, because the earliest record identified here so far that gives him his own last name is the 1671 marriage record that calls him Post, that's provisionally identified as his LNAB. -Smith-62120 03:13, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
