Biography

Mary was born in Ashington Sussex before 27 October 1861 which is the date of her christening. She is the daughter of Thomas Potter, but we have been unable to identify her mother.

On 24 April 1880, in Horsham Sussex, Mary married William Stoner aka Staples, and they would become the parents of 8 children who were born between 1881 and 1899.

Mary passed away in Horsham in 1900, at about age 38.
