Biography

Mabel was born in 1893 to George Potter and Ida Duncan. ^[1] She married Freeland Runnion in 1911 ^[2], they raised 9 children. ^[3] Between 1935 and 1940 she was institutionalized at the Northern State Hospital. ^[4] She passed away in 1979. ^[5]
