Biography
Ruth Loomis Potts was born at Richmond in 1893, the daughter of Robert Lee Potts and Martha Louise Hay. She was married twice: 1) 1913, John Riis, AND 2) 1954, Samuel Scott. She passed away at Richmond, Virginia in 1984.
