Biography

Thomas Pound Jr. was born 21 May 1812, in Butler County, Ohio. He is a son of Thomas Pound and Sarah Kester. ^[1]

He married Nancy Carr, 15 Jan 1831. They had one child, daughter Nancy. ^[1]

He married Francis White Elliott, 11 Jul 1833. ^[1]

In 1880, Thomas and Francis were living in Tuscola, Douglas County, Illinois. ^[2]

Thomas passed away 13 Mar 1897, in Clarke County, Iowa. He is buried in the Maple Hill Cemetery, Osceola, Clarke County, Iowa. ^{[1] [3]}
