Born 1946, Chandler OK; US Army, Vietnam, 1968-69; Ph.D. University of Kansas, 1976; current post: Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo, Japan.
Author of two books of family history: [North of Deep Fork: An Oklahoma Farm Family in Hard Times], which deals with Lincoln County; and [The Fate of Bones: Adventures in Family History], which follows the Pound/Pounds family from Virginia in the mid-1600s to Oklahoma at the start of WWII. Available from Amazon.
Recently I have written about early-day killings in Lincoln Co. Oklahoma. The Lonesome Death of Billie Grayson is a group of eight stories published by Tale Publishing in 2016 and available on Amazon.com.
Recently my sister Gerry Robideaux and I have edited our mother's autobiography: "A Tale That Is Told: The Autobiography of Opal Earp Pounds," and I have published a book (a metaphysical novel, strictly speaking) purporting to be the autobiography of my great grandmother, "The Autobiography of Mary Frances Earp: Memories, Reflections, Dreams." Both are available on Amazon.
