Biography
Emily Povey was born at Goulburn, in New South Wales, Australia, in 1860. She was the daughter of John Povey and Sophia Harris. [1]
Emily married, at about age 18, to William Wood.
They were married at Yass, in New South Wales, in 1878. [2]
Emily and William Wood had eight children. [3]
Emily Wood passed away in 1952 at age 92.
She died at Enfield, in New South Wales on the 28th of July 1952.
Both Emily and her husband William were buried at the St Thomas Anglican Cemetery in Enfield, a suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. [4]
