Biography
Richard Henry Powell was born on 16th December 1825 in Richmond, New South Wales (Australia). He was the second son of Edward Powell and Mary Robinson. [1]
Richard married his first cousin, Isabella Siddons, daughter of Jane Powell and Richard Siddons, in 1855 in the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Sydney. [2] Richard and Isabella's common grandparents were the free settlers Edward Powell and Elizabeth Fish of the Bellona 1793. They had three children.
He passed away, aged 35 years, in 1861 in Richmond. [3]
