Biography

David Cairns Powell was born in 1923. He was a mechanical engineer.

David married Ingrid Simon at East Melbourne, Victoria, but the marriage ended in divorce. There were no children of the marriage.

David was in the Australian Air Force briefly and then finished his mechanical engineering degree.
