She married Andrew Supplee Hatfield in 1759. They had 11 children in 28 years. Christina came to Roach area of Cabell County with her husband, Captain Andrew Hatfield, ca. 1802.
She died, at the age of 70, on October 25, 1809 in Roach, Cabell County, West Virginia. [1]
From "History of the Mose Hatfield Family: complete to 1940" by Tina (Hatfield) Ashworth, an unpublished family history found in the Hinchman Family Collection in Special Collections at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia:
"Captain Hatfield and his wife were buried on the inside bend of the river, where it makes a sharp turn to the West. Time and flood have erased nearly all trace of their graves."
A "memorial marker" was placed in the Hatfield Cemetery, less than a mile up the road at Inez, West Virginia, for Captain Hatfield by the DAR. At the time they did not know Captain Hatfield's true burial place. [2]
