Since my grandmothers death in 2003 I became interested in researching my family tree. Between my wife's family and mine I've accumulated all of the information contained in the gedcom file that I'm uploading here. Whether the info came from first-hand knowledge of relatives or census records. I've done my best to include accurate information to the best of my abilities. I've hit a brick wall with a 6th generation great grandfather. John Powell was born in Maryland about 1800. His son, also John Powell was born in Scioto, Ohio in 1826. He married Rachel Quick (b. 1831) abt. 1852. I can trace this line back to me with great accuracy. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. My tree can be found here: http://www.myheritage.com/site-77851881/powell.
If I can be of any assistance to anyone else out there, please feel free to contact me.
This biography is a rough draft. It was auto-generated by a GEDCOM import and needs to be edited.
