Norma Powell was born on December 24, 1892 in Excelsior, Richland, Wisconsin, United States, daughter of Thomas Powell (1869–1946) and Idona Toney (1872–1957).[1]
Norma died on August 11, 1990 in Boscobel, Grant, Wisconsin, aged 97. She was buried in Boscobel Cemetery, Boscobel, Grant County, Wisconsin.[1]
