Biography
Dempsey was born 20 May 1858, son of Abraham Powers and Rachel Flesher. Dempsey married Lola Montez (WHITE) 11 Nov 1880. They were the parents of three children. He passed away 21 May 1948 and was buried in Fountain Park Cemetery, Winchester, Randolph County, Indiana.
