Honoré Préjean, son of Jean Préjean and Andrée Savoie, was born 15 December 1711 in Port Royal, Acadia and baptized there on 20 December 1711. He died 1758 - at sea during the crossing to France, aged 47 years old. He married Marie Broussard about 1740 at Port Toulouse, Acadie and the couple had ten children. He appears on the LaRoque census of 1752 at Isle St. Jean, age 40 years.[1]
