Life Legacy

Abbeville Funeral Services for Mrs. Leroy Miller the former Eathel Prather, 84, will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, March 30, 2012 at David Funeral Home Chapel of Abbeville with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 10:00AM until 8:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 6:00PM. Visitation will resume on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 8:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery. A native of Branch and a resident of Abbeville Mrs. Miller died at 7:30PM on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice. She is survived by three sons, Wayne Miller and his wife Mendy of Atlanta, GA, Darrell Miller and his wife Danette of Eunice, and Dale Miller and his wife Connie of Youngsville; two sisters, Dorothy Vondenstein of Maxie and Jeanette Primeaux of Crowley; Fifteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Miller; parents, Warren and Amanda Janise Prather; and two brothers, Charles Prather and C.J. Prather. Serving as pallbearers will be Darrell Miller, Wayne Miller, Dale Miller, Ryan Miller, Jacob Latta, Dustean Rutherford.
