Delivered was born 13 Nov 1664, at Kingstown, Rhode Island, the daughter of John Pratt and Anna Barker.[1][2]
She married James Townsend about 1686. James was born about 1647/8, probably in Flushing, Long Island, New York, son of John and Elizabeth (Montgomery) Townsend. James married first, about 1671, Elizabeth Wright and had children James, Thomas, Rose, and two others who died young. James married 2nd, 16 Oct 1677, Jane Ruddock (d. 1726) and had one son named Ruddock. James died at Oyster Bay in 1698.[3][2]
James Townsend's 1698 will named his wife, Delivered, oldest son James, fourth son Redurch, sons Job, Thomas, Daniel, Joseph and Joshua, and daughter Rose.
That she was the mother of his three youngest children (Daniel, Joseph and Joshua) is supported by administration of her husband's estate when she gave permission as their mother (since they were all under age).[4][2]
Delivered Townsend was living 14 March 1726/7 when she witnessed a deed.[5][2]

How do we know that the daughter of John Pratt is she who married James Townsend? Does the silver book explain it?
