Biography

Lt.-Gen. Sir Thomas Simson Pratt is the son of Captain James Pratt.2 He married Frances Agnes Cooper, daughter of Jonathan Cooper and Anna Maria Kirchholfer, in 1827. He lived at Camden Crescent, Bath, Somerset, England. He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.). He had four sons and one daughter.
