Biography
James, born in 1880, was the son of John Pratt and Fanny Pitts.[1] He married Marion Grey Kerr in 1906.[2] In 1935 he worked as a manufacturer's agent. He, Marion and four of their children lived on Circular Road in St. John's East.[3] He died about 1956.[4]
