Biography
Joab was born in 1797. He was the son of Richard Pratt and Rebecca Beavers. He is the husband of Frances Vernon and the couple are listed together on the 1850 Census[1] and the 1860 Census[2] in Union County, Arkansas. He passed away in October of 1867.[3]
