Biography
Alfred Praxmarer was one of the two sons of Rudolf Josef Praxmarer and his wife Pauline Reischl. The other son was Rudolf, of whom we know that he was born in Klagenfurt, Austria on March 1st, 1871.
There is a nice picture of the two little boys in our family archives. They seem to differ very little in age. On the back, it says in Rudolf's widow Mitzie Müllner von Marnau's handwriting: papa und Onkel Alfred.
Another picture, presumably taken in 1915, shows Pauline Reischl with an adult man. On the back, it says "granny Praxmarer and uncle Alfred". [1]
