Gerald (Prendergast) de Prendergast was a member of aristocracy in the British Isles.

He married 1st to Matilda, daughter of Theobald le Botiller/Butler, and had a daughter Maria (married John de Cogan (died 1278), of Bampton, Devon); married 2nd to Matilda, daughter of Richard de Burgo/Burgh and sister of the Earl of Ulster, and died 1251, having by her had a daughter Matilda (married Maurice de Rochfort). He was the founder of Enniscorthy Abbey.
