Biography
Willliam Robinson Prentice, born 21 May 1807 at North Stonington, Connecticut, was the sixth and final child of Anna Downer & Thomas Prentice.
He married:
1) before 1842, Frances Avery; they had 2 children, the first of whom died in early childhood:
- Willliam Avery Prentice (17 Jul 1842 - 25 Sep 1843)
2) after 1845, Sarah Hall
William Robinson Prentice was a grain and lumber dealer on a large scale.
He died 13 Nov 1869 at Memphis, Tennessee.
