Bert Preslar, son of George Washington Preslar and Louise Octavia “Tavia” (Smith) Preslar, was born on 21 March 1899 at Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas.[1]
He married Clara Emma Talbott, daughter of Jessie "James" Talbott and Melissa "Lillie" (Bullock) Talbott,[1]
Bert died on 24 Jan. 1972 at Taylor County, Texas and was buried at Dewey Cemetery, Lawn, Taylor County, Texas. His memorial has a photo of his headstone shared with Emma and links to those of family members.[1]
