Biography

Robert Presley was born about 1806 in Edgefield County, South Carolina.[1]

On 07 July 1825 he was married[2] to Piercey James in Walton County, Georgia.[3] Between 1826 and 1855 Piersey gave birth to their 15 children.

The 1850 census[4] shows him living with his family in Talladega county, Talladega, Alabama. He and Pearsey appeared on the census of 1870 at Hickman, Scott County, Arkansas.[5]

Robert died on 24 July 1870 in Hickman, Scott County, Arkansas and was buried at Hon Cemetery, Hon, Scott County, Arkansas. His memorial has links to those of family members.
