I’ve not heard back from you regarding the Military and War Project check-in so have gone ahead and removed you from the project for now. If you’d like to rejoin at any stage you would be most welcome to do so by answering the G2G sign-up post here.
Mary, Project Coordinator, Military and War Project
If I don’t hear from you by the same time next week I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Mary, Project Coordinator, Military and War Project
This is the time for the annual 2024 check in with members of the Military and War Project. Have you been active during the last six months in the Military and War Project? Do you want to remain working with this project? Note that it is a requirement to respond to the Military and War Project Check-ins. Please respond to this message by clicking the reply button below this message, to post your answer. I look forward to hearing from you..
Many thanks,
Mary, Project Coordinator, Military & War
Sorry for the delayed reply. I was in Germany on a work contract. Although I am retired from the Army, I still occasionally coach and mentor Commanders and their staffs during training exercises. When 1st Brigade 3rd Infantry Division deployed during the recent Eastern Europe crisis, we ran them through a staff training exercise which I participated in . I am back home now, and trying to get back into Genealogy again :)
Respectfully, Mike Presnell
I sent you a check-in message a week ago about the Military and War Project to ask you about your continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project? If I don’t hear from you by the same time next week I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.
Best wishes,
Mary~ Project Coordinator, Military and War Project

P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz and joining the Military and War project!
Because pre-1700 ancestors are usually shared by many descendants, collaborating with members of the projects which coordinate them is essential.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find all the projects at WikiTree.
Remember to cite reliable sources in pre-1700 profiles you manage, or edit. (See: Pre-1700 Reliable Sources).

Every home page has pull downs which are navigation points around the site. As you do wikki you will want to explore them. Under help is the G2G forum for questions which are usually monitored and answered pretty quick. There is also a style guide to help with laying out a biography and using sources. Enjoy
Thank you for adding a GEDCOM, the GEDCOMpare process guide has tips on how to use the data in your file most efficiently.
