Biography
Howard was born in 1830. On 15 Sep 1862 he enlisted in Company K, 21st Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment, a 1 year unit, as a corporal. On 1 Jul 1863 He entered the 43rd Pennsylvania Infantry, Company H. He passed away in 1898.
