IRVING PRIBBLE MISSING.
Has Not Been Seen Since Friday. Feared He Met With Foul Play.
Undersheriff Norton has been asked to locate Irvin Pribble of 701 Fillmore street, who disappeared last Friday and has not been heard from since that time. No trace of Pribble can be found, and Mrs. Pribble is almost prostrated with worry. Last night the officers had received no news of Pribble's whereabouts.
Mr. Pribble, unitl Tuesday, was manager of the Home Heating and Plumbing Company at 113 East Fifth street. Friday he walked out of the shop, presumably to work, and has not been seen or heard of since. Tuesday the directors of the firm chose another manager on account of the unexplained absence of Mr. Pirbble.
Mrs. Pribble last night said that she did not know when her husband would return, but tht he would surely come back. She believed he was in Kansas City, but did not know. She had asked the sheriff to look him up. The fear is that Mr. Pribble might have met with foul play.
Mr. Pribble had been a stockholder in the Home Heating and Plumbing Company for some time, and was elected manager of the concern when he purchased stock. The company was organized in February.
