Biography
Richard Price Died of Wounds during World War I.
Richard Price (1871-1918) was the son of Henry Price & his wife Caroline née Neate (m: 1855 Malmesbury)
He was transferred from the Wiltshire Regiment to the 7th Bn. Royal Dublin Fusiliers whom he fought with at Gallipoli where he died of wounds aged 44 on the 22 Aug 1915.
NB: the Malmesbury War Mamorial inscription quotes him as being aLance Corporalwhereas CWGC records have his as aPrivate.
