Biography

According to family history: Howie roamed around the country worked at almost anything. He drove a team of horses for years on the streets of Toronto. He and his wife parted while in Toronto leaving him to raise his two children which he did to the bes of his ability. He later came back to the old Price Homestead and bought an acre of land on the south corner of the old place. He built a little house for himself and his two children. Carrie married some years later leaving Jim to look after their father. Jim proved a good bou and a good worker. He was admired by all who knew him for the care and respect he gave his father.
