Anna (Sharp) Price, daughter of Wilson Sharp and Mary (Cook) (Price) Sharp, was born on 14 Aug. 1855 at Clarinda, Page County, Iowa.[1] Her parents divorced about the time of her birth and she used the name of her mother's first husband, Price. She appeared on the census of 26 June 1860 in the home of her mother at Westport, Jackson County, Missouri.[2] She appeared on the census of 22 June 1870 in the home of her mother at Hackberry Township, Labette County, Kansas.[3]
She married Charles Francis RIcketts on 19 Feb. 1872 at Jasper County, Missouri.[4][1]
She and Charles appeared on the census of 17 June 1880 at Illinois Township, Washington County, Arkansas. Her mother was living with them.[5]
Anna died on 22 May 1941 at El Reno, Canadian County, Oklahoma and was buried at El Reno Cemetery, El Reno, Canadian County, Oklahoma. Her memorial has links to those of family members.[1]
