It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Crystal or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage (beta) of DNA with Crystal:

HI: I received your email regarding the Rose family. I am not of that lineage. I adopted some profiles that led me to her. Hopefully I have a source on Margaret Rose's profile
I can help you in your research if you would want me to...Until later Marie
Hello Marie. I am So Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to you. I would Appreciate any Assistance you may be able to offer, I have been searching for Correct Information on Emma Rose for over 12 years now and have been unable to make the right connections. Thank You So Much for offering to help.
Hi Crystal, interesting that I just realized I have 5 people in my tree by the last name of Hebert. One if them is a Marguerite Hebert but she married a Michel Bergeron. Michel's uncle Joseph Bergeron was my 4th Great Grandfather. One or two of the other ladies also married into the Bergeron Family.
I also have Bergeron in my Tree on Ancestry. I will have to check for the names as I know most of the People from the Nova Scotia Area are somehow related. Many of them are Acadians. I will let you know who I find as soon as possible. Thank You So Much for Contacting me,
I Appreciate Your Willingness to look out for those names. There are so many others I've not yet added because I have issues with citing sources. I will also keep a lookout for other potential connecting Ancestors. I'm sure we are somehow related and I enjoy finding new Cousins/Family Members, no matter how close or distant.
Hi Crystal, got your message. Is there any particular cemetery you are interested in. I actually do not recalls seeing any Prince or Tyrell headstones in any cemeteries I have taken photos of but if you know of something in Nova Scotia that is not too far for me to travel, I would not mind doing some research for you.
I will have to look and see if I have any Cemeteries in that area. I know many of my Ancestors were Deported during the Acadian Deportation and ended up scattered throughout the US as well as other Countries. Way back then the last name would have been LePrince. I'm not sure when they actually "Americanized" to Prince.
Thank You, Again for Your Assistance and Kind Offers.
