Biography

Oliver was born in Salloo House, county Monaghan, Ireland in 1870, the son of Oliver Pringle, sen., and Elizabeth Birney.^[1]

After emigrating from Ireland in 1890, he came a naturalized citizen of the United States on the 23rd September 1919.^[2]
