His inventory was taken on 13 June 1676 and recorded in New Haven.[2] His young brother, Benjamin Pritchett and John Smith presented the inventory. Joseph's lands were distributed between the surviving brother and the sister (not named) was to receive payment from the brother for her portion.

Pritchard-19 is sourced and ready for merging. One thing remains -- to disconnect Joseph from Hannah Langton. She was not his mother.
Hannah Langton was only married to one person: Nathaniel Pritchard, son of Roger and Elizabeth Pritchard.
She was not married to William Pritchard - his wife was Hannah, last name unknown.
She was not married to Roger Pritchard, who was the father of her husband and also the father of Joseph who died in King Philip's war. In other words, this Joseph is her brother in law, her husband's (half) brother.
Hannah Langton, daughter of George Langton and wife of Nathaniel Pritchard, died in 1690. There are no children listed for her marriage.
Donald Lines Jacobus published his research in TAG volume 44 pp 193 in 1968.
Jacobus was the first person inducted into the National Genealogy Hall of Fame.
Prichard-117 and Pritchard-19 appear to represent the same person because: Pritchard is the spelling his father used, and is the preferred spelling for this family. I left a Comment on Prichard-117 explaining the errors in that profile, with TAG Vol 38 (1962), pp 129, the best source for this family, by Frederick Warner, B.S. When merging PLEASE use the data for Pritchard-19 as the preferred choice. thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: before merging, Joseph Prichard-117 needs to be detached from the wrong mother - Hannah (Langton) Pritchard.

The U.S. and International Marriage Records, 1560-1900 and Edmund West's Family Data Collection are both compilations, using family group sheets and trees, among other sources. They can sometimes be helpful, but are often confusing and unreliable.
This profile has serious data errors.
1. Hannah (Langton) Pritchard's husband is not unknown: he was Nathaniel, the son of Roger Pritchard of Weatherfield, Springfield, and finally New Haven, and his 1st wife Frances. Hannah and Nathaniel Pritchard did not have a son Joseph.
2. but - Nathaniel's father, Roger Pritchard, and his 2nd wife, Elizabeth (Prudden) Slough did have a son Joseph, born in Milford 2 Oct 1654. He died young in King Philip's War in 1676 - not in England.
I'm setting up a merge for this profile - Pritchard-117, into Pritchard-19.
Second update:
The best source for this person and their family is in TAG Vol 44, pp 194, by Donald Lines Jacobus.
Prichard-154 and Prichard-117 appear to represent the same person because: The father of Joseph Prichard is William Prichard (Pritchard-879 = Prichard-161). Some believe the mother is Hannah Langton.

She was not married to William Pritchard - his wife was Hannah, last name unknown.
