Amelia Ann Pritchard was born in 1887 at Grafton, New South Wales, Australia. She was the daughter of John Thomas Pritchard and Mary Ann (Brindle) Pritchard. [1]

SOCIAL NOTES.
A pretty wedding was celebrated at Christ, Church Cathedral on Tuesday evening by Rev. Ashley-Brown, the contracting parties being Mr. Percy Zietsch, eldest son of Mr. H. Zietsch, of Mary-street, and Miss Amelia, eldest daughter of Mrs. J. Pritchard, of Villiers-street.
The bride wore an Empire gown of cream silk striped voile over glace skirt, with long train and true lovers' knots of silk and shell trimmings ; bodice with silk overall insertion, yoke draped with silk insertion, shell trimmings, and flnished with satin buttons, and a spray of orange blossoms, and lilies. She wore a coronet of orange blossoms und a long tulle veil, which fell to the hem of her skirl, and carried a shower bouquet. She wore a gold bangle, gift of the bride-groom.
Miss Gertie Zietsch, sister of the bridegroom, was chief bridesmaid, and wore a dress of white, silk striped voile over pale green, with overall lacce and insertion trimmings ; white silk straw hat, with ostrich feather. Miss Gladys Pritchard, the second bridesmaid (sister of the bride), was robed in a white silk dress, skirt trimmed, fine pin tucks, bodice with pin tucks, Valenciennes insertion, and threaded with pale blue ribbons and bonnet-shaped hat trimmed with roses and chiffon. Both bridesmaids carried bouquets of stocks and asparagus fern, and wore gold band rings, gifts of the Bridegroom.
Mr. C. V.ietsch, cousin of the bridegroom, acted as best man.
After the ceremony the wedding breakfust was partaken of at the residence of the bride's mother, after which the happy couple took passage by the Burringbar for Sydney where the honeymoon will be spent.
The bride's travellng dress was of navy blue silk, the skirt finished with Russian silk braid, bodice round yoke of cream guipure overall finished with cream insertion, braid, and silk buttons, and a pretty pale blue hat, with wreaths of violets and blacck velvet. The costumes were made by Miss Rutter, Victoria-street. [3]
