Fanny Pritchard was born around February 1847 at 11 Hamilton Street, in the Town of Deptford, near the Deptford Dockyard, on the south bank of the River Thames, in Kent, England.[1]. Her parents were John Robert Pritchard, a Shipwright in H.M. Dockyard, and Mary Ann King, who married on 23 December 1832 at the Parish Church of St. George Hanover Square, The Vestry, 2A Mill Street, in the City of Westminster, London, Middlesex, England.[2].

They work as Servants, for Retired Sail Maker, William (Gordon); his wife Margaret (Gordon) and sister, Elizabeth (Stewart) at 5 Whittaker Terrace, in the Town of Chatham, in Kent, England.[8]
The Census of 1871 finds Fanny married to Walter (Clark) and they live with their two small children Alice Mary and Walter (Clark) at 27 Dale Street, in the Town of Chatham, Medway District, in Kent, England.[9]. Walter and Fanny are now living at 18 Hills Terrace, in Chatham, along with their children Alice Mary, Samuel John, Thomas Silvester, Maud Clara and Kate Julia (Clark) with the Census of 1881.[10]. The Census of 1891 finds Walter and Fanny still at number 18 Hill Terrace, in Chatham, Kent. They live there with their children Samuel John, Maud Clara, Kate Julia, Elizabeth Gertrude, Albina Clarissa and Ethel Louise (Clark).[11]
With the arrival of the 1901 Census, Fanny is now a widow living with her son Samuel John and her married daughter, Maud Clarissa (Clark/Smith) at 42 Upper Milton Road, in the Town of Gillingham, Borough of Chatham, New Brompton Ward, Medway District, Kent, England.[12]. She is still living with her son Samuel John (Clark) with the advent of the 1911 Census. Their address is 51 Mount Road, in the Town of Chatham, Medway District, Kent, England.[13]
Death/Burial
Fanny Pritchard passes away on 28 May 1927 at 51 Mount Road, in the Town of Chatham, Medway District, Kent, England. She was 79 years old at the time of her death.[14] She is interred on the 1 June 1927 at Palmerston Road Cemetery, in the Town of Chatham, Medway Unitary Authority, Medway District, Kent, England. Her grave is located at Section 20, Grave number: 208.[15][16]
