Biography
James was born in 1925. He was the son of Harry Pritchard and Iva Brown. He passed away in 2005.
- James "Harvey" Pritchard, age 79, of West Palm Beach passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 27, 2005, after a short illness.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Pritchard Sr. and brothers, Russell and Cecil.
A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, Harvey was a member of American Legion Post No. 268 and a longtime active member of Eagles Aerie 3490.
He is survived by his loving family: daughters, Jeannie Powers of Cincinnati, Ohio and Susan Pritchard of Clearwater Beach, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Robin Lankton of West Palm Beach; a grandson he raised, Earle Wright; five other grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Logan of Sumter and Betty Jean Smith of Camden; two brothers, H.C. (Annie) Pritchard Jr. and Lynwood (Brenda) Pritchard of Chocowinity, N.C.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
