Sarah Pritchett, of Delaware, was born about 1763. She married Draper Chipman. Draper was born about 1759 in Sussex, Delaware, and died about 1834 in Kentucky. He was the son of Perez Chipman and Judith Draper.
Draper moved to Bath County, Kentucky around the end of the Revolution. He married Sarah as his first wife. He had seven children by Sarah and two by his second wife: Paris, Draper, Sarah, Mary, Martha, Samuel D., Margaret, Joseph, Benjamin.
